As many Kitfox fans know by now, Skystar Aircraft (Builder of the Kitfox) has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Unfortunately with well over a million dollars in debt, it looks like a lot of people will be hurt by the situation. There is some hope for support for those that are current owners of Kitfoxes, though. John McBean is a former demo pilot, sales, and technical support representative for Skystar Aircraft. He has some insight to the company's situation and (more importantly) can offer support for current airplane owners.

This week the flight service stations (you know, our friends at 1-800-WX-BRIEF) are going through a big reorganization. The 'neighborhood' flight briefer is no more.
