New Summer Show Hours! Listen Live at 12 PM Eastern Time or 9 AM Pacific Time!
UltraFlight Radio can now be found live on Tuesday mornings right here on the web at www.ultraflightradio.com at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time and 9:00am Pacific Time. But you don't have to hear it live to hear it.
You can also hear (previous shows) at the show archive. We make it convenient for you.
To be a part of the show and you are in the U.S., you can call toll-free: 1-866-613-1612. If you are somewhere that the toll-free number does not work, you can reach us at 1-858-268-3068. Another (often better) way to get questions to us is by E-mail. You can write Roy at roy@easyflight.com

Lou and Nancy Fabbri, From Here To There
In 2005 Lou and Nancy Fabbri took a trip from Atlanta to Alaska in their J-3 Cub, a 1940 model with a 65 hp engine. The trip was 4,100 miles one way, with landings at WWII gravel strips, mountain flying as well as a thousand other lessons in various flying adventures. They wrote a book, which is a day to day journal with lessons learned and experiences chronicled. They talk about some of their experiences with us. From Here To There (8/21/07)

Terri Sipantzi, Precision Windsports, Inc
Terri Sipantzi visits with us about the importance of ultralight flight instructors making the transition to FAA CFIs. If you're interested in selling, as well as training light sport aircraft, you will need to be more than a sport pilot to do demonstration flights as an aircraft salesman. Learn why you should be serious about the upcoming CFI transition deadline, especially if you're a trike or powered parachute dealer. Precision Windsports, Inc (8/21/07)

Carol Carpenter, Rainbow Aviation Services
When we had Brian Carpenter with us last time to talk about the DAR Airworthiness Inspection, he pointed out that to get started one had to get the paperwork going first. Carol Carpenter talks about the paperwork, how to get it right the first time and why it is so important to get it right. Rainbow Aviation Services (8/21/07)

Paul Hamilton tells us about the FAA books that all pilots should have in their library. We also talk about what areas sport pilot instructors should study for their knowledge test. Adventure Productions (8/21/07)
